Grooming is not only about being refined physically but also mentally (Attitude and behavior) and emotionally.
We sometimes take our career for granted and ignore certain unconscious flaws which brittle our performance and self-image. This training will help you to know yourself better and master your personality effectively and also project a refined professional image. It will also enhance the company to a specific refined culture to attract customers and level-up the company to a higher status.
The training is a group training and it is focused on a practical approach. The sessions will be very interactive, which entails exchange of thoughts, experiences and activities.
The trainer will meet the participants two weeks after the training sessions to ensure that they have been able to inculcate the new culture successfully.
The trainer will also provide a one-to-one coaching session to participants who need more attention in forging the new professional culture.

Dr. Vandita LadkooAbout
The TrainerA PhD in Communication and Body Language and a Gold Medallist in Mass Communication, Ladkoo travelled to many countries to unfold the different facets of corporate culture and mastered professional Etiquette and communication skills at work. Her researches unfold from Cultural Communication to International Communication whereby she masters the field of Body Language and relationship management in all aspects. Aiming in refining the professional self-image, she gears her training sessions to motivate professionals with strong interpersonal and Communication skills.
She tailored Body language and communication skills sessions for several Toastmasters clubs in Mauritius to refine the Toastmasters members in public speaking and is now serving as Program Quality Coordinator of Mauritius and Madagascar
Her teaching experiences in international and local institutions enhanced the careers of many corporates by molding their personality to excel their professional image. Major sectors covered are Hospitality Management, Insurance, Transport, Information technologies, finance, Education and Banking She also trained Civil servants of all management levels in fourteen different Ministries of Mauritius.
